SAGA Events’ Coastal Clean-up with Hands on Manila

Date

Who says people from events management companies are too busy for volunteer projects? SAGA, the most trusted events agency of both local and international brands, did a coastal clean-up for Hands on Manila’s long-time partner, Las Piñas-Parañaque Critical Habitat Ecotourism Area (LPPCHEA).

These creatives were able to collect 204 sacks containing plastic, rubber, glass and styrofoam. From a target of 245 volunteer hours, they were able to render 320 volunteer hours instead.

Even their founder, Mr. Robby Carmona, joined the clean-up. The employees are really enthusiastic into doing volunteer projects in between their schedules.

SAGA is quite inspiring for events or production companies to squeeze in volunteer projects as much as possible. Not only it benefits a certain community but also it refreshes the minds of the employees.
