HOM provides volunteers to its NGO partners who work to promote welfare, uphold, and protect children’s rights, particularly children in the streets. Aside from providing volunteer tutors, HOM help in raising donations for the benefit of its partners. Donations are utilized to provide alternative educational opportunities and psycho-social support for street children, hoping to liberate them from the suffering caused by living and working on the streets. The goal is for them to realize the value of going back to formal school.

Sustainable Livelihood Program reduces poverty and inequality by generating income among economically challenged households and moving highly vulnerable households into sustainable livelihoods and toward economic stability. When families have sustainable sources of income, they gain the capability to support the most basic needs of their children. Thus, this project, as an income-generating program, will help the poor members of the family to develop their training skills and help them earn some income for their daily needs.
